¶1For last few days notice is being placed on the noticeboard that all passed-over matters shall be taken up in first call.

¶2Case called out. No one is present to press this petition.

¶3This writ petition has been filed with the prayer to quash the First Information Report dated 03.08.2023, registered as Case Crime No. 228 of 2023, under Section 147, 148, 323, 452, 504 IPC and Section 3(1)(Dha), 3(2)(va) S.C./S.T. Act, Police Station Mainather, District Moradabad. Further prayer has been made not to arrest the petitioners pursuant to impugned FIR.
