¶1The bail cancellation application has been filed seeking cancellation of the bail granted on 27.04.2020 in case crime no.39 of 2018 under section 406, 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 506 and 120-B IPC, Police Station Nandganj, District Ghazipur.

¶2The submission of the counsel for the applicant is that the applicant is being threatened by the accused after being enlarged on bail, however, there is no application or material to suggest that any such allegations were levelled by moving appropriate application for protection before the court concerned.

¶3No good ground for cancellation of bail is made out after three years of grant of bail.
