¶1Heard Sri Vijay Singh, Senior Advocate assisted by Sri Hemant Kumar Rai for the respondent to the writ petition.

¶2The application has been filed seeking review of the judgment dated 14.03.2023, the matter has been remanded by observing that it is mandatory on the part of the respondent to pay the gratuity in terms of the provisions contained under Section 7(2) of the Payment of Gratuity Act.

¶3No ground much less a ground permissible for review is raised in the application.
