¶1Heard Shri M. Asif, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents.

¶2The present writ petition is preferred for a direction commanding the respondents to decide the representation dated

15.12.2022 whereby, the petitioner has made a request to decide her claim under the scheme known as "Pradhan Mantri Avas Yojna before the concerned authority but the same was rejected by the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Khaga, Fatehpur on 12.10.2023.

¶3In response to the earlier order of this Court dated 13.10.2023, the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Khaga, Fatehpur has sent the detailed instructions appending therein the order dated 12th October, 2023 indicating therein that the claim of the petitioner is already turned town as she is not entitled for any allotment under the scheme in question.

¶4Considering the facts and circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of with observation that in case the petitioner is aggrieved by an order dated 12.10.2023, it is open to her to challenge the said rejection order before appropriate authority/court as available in law.
