¶1Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A for the State as also perused the record.

¶2Learned counsel for applicant prays for and is permitted to carry out necessary correction in the prayer of the application during the course of the day.

¶3This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking direction to the trial court i.e. Civil Judge (Junior Division)/Judicial Magistrate, Duddhi, Sonbhadra for early decision of Case No. 51 of 2008 (CNR No. UPSB120003712008) (State Vs. Murari Lal Yadav), under Sections-353, 427, 504 I.P.C., Police Station-Wyndhamganj, District-Sonbhadra.

¶4Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this application is finally disposed of with a direction to Civil Judge (Junior Division)/Judicial Magistrate, Duddhi, Sonbhadra to decide the aforesaid case in accordance with law, without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties, if possible within a period of one year from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
