The present writ petition is directed against the show cause notices dated 18.09.2023 issued to the petitioners herein whereby certain demands have been raised by the Rajya Krishi Utpadan Mandi Parishad, Lucknow. The petition is also challenging certain demands raised in the allotment letter dated 27.07.2021 for allotment of shops in the Mandi area. Shri Manoj Kumar Sharma, learned Advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have filed objections to the show cause notice issued to them. All objections in relation to demand of various charges in the allotment letters dated 27.7.2021 have also been raised therein. Shri Archit Mandhyan, learned Advocate has put in appearance on behalf of respondents/Mandi Samiti. Noticing the fact the petitioners have already submitted their objections/reply, we do not find any good reason to keep the writ petition pending. The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of with the direction to the petitioners to pay their dues and thereafter, the respondent no. 5 to take a decision considering the objections raised by the petitioners dealing with all objections point wise by passing a reasoned and speaking order, in accordance with law, preferably, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order and till the date of final decision, no coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioners.
