¶1In response to the earlier order of this Court dated 13.10.2023, Shri Ambrish Shukla, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel has placed the detailed instructions dated 21.10.2023 sent by the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Nawabganj, District-Bareilly, indicating therein that the auction is already cancelled.

¶2Considering the facts and circumstances, we are not inclined to proceed further in the matter. Needless to say it is open to the petitioner to invoke the remedy as available in law.
