Order on writ petition The learned Counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner has received his post retiral benefits on account of gratuity, group insurance, arrears of dearness allowance, general provident fund and dues on account of leave encashment except salary on account of the revision under the 6th Pay Commission. Mr. S.K. Om, learned Counsel says that the issue regarding entitlement to revision of pay in terms of the 6th Pay Commission is engaging the attention of the Supreme Court. In this view of the matter, this petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to agitate his claim regarding revision of pay in terms of the 6th Pay Commission as and when the matter is decided by the Supreme Court.
