¶1Heard Shri Alok Kumar Chandel, Advocate holding brief of shri Sujan Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri G.P. Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State-respondent.

¶2This writ petition has been filed praying to quash the first information report dated 08.08.2023 registered in Case Crime No.351 of 2023, under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B IPC, P.S. New Agra, District Agra and not to arrest the petitioners pursuant to the said FIR.

¶3Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the present petition has become infructuous.
