¶1Sri Hanuman Prasad Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioners, Sri Mukesh Kumar Maurya, learned counsel for respondents no.4 and 5 and learned A.G.A. for the State are present.

¶2The corpus Divyanshi is present before this Court along with her mother. Petitioner no.1 Deepak Rathaur is also present before this Court in person.

¶3The corpus Divyanshi stated before this Court that she is presently staying at Jawapur, Mainpuri with her parents out of her own volition and she is not under any undue pressure, influence or restraint.

¶4In view of the above statement given by the corpus Divyanshi in the presence of petitioner no.1 Deepak Rathaur before this Court, no action is needed in this habeas corpus writ petition and is, therefore, dismissed.
