¶1Heard Shri Amit Daga, learned counsel for the petitioner, Shri Santosh Singh, learned counsel for the informant and Shri G.P. Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State respondent.

¶2This writ petition has been filed for quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 14.09.2023 in Case Crime No. 279 of 2023, under Sections 376, 506 IPC and Section 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station Civil Lines, District Meerut.

¶3Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition.

¶4Prayer aforesaid is allowed.
