¶2This writ petition has been filed with the prayer to quash the First Information Report dated 3.6.2023 registered as Case Crime No. 287 of 2023, under Sections 420, 120-B IPC, P.S. Nai Mandi, District Muzaffar Nagar.

¶3No one is present to press this petition.
