¶1For last few days notice is being placed on noticeboard that all passed over matters shall be taken up in first call.

¶2This writ petition has been filed with the following prayers:- "1. issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no.2 and 3 not to harass the petitioner and also not to attach the landed property of the petitioner pursuant to the recovery warrant issued by learned Principal Judge, Family Court Auraiya in connection with Case No. 43 of 2021, Preeti alias Kajal Versus Deepak Bela District Auraiya, so that justice may be done.

¶2issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no,2 and 3 to decide the application of the petitioner dated

31.07.2023 submitted by the petitioner (Annexure no.3 to the writ petition) within some specific period as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper, so that justice may be done."

¶3No one is present to press this petition.
