¶2This writ petition has been filed with the prayer to quash the First Information Report dated 30.5.2023 registered as Case Crime No. 134 of 2023, under Section 3(1) of U.P. Gangsters and Anti-Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, P.S. Ganj, District Rampur.

¶3No one is present to press this petition.

¶4Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
