¶1Counter affidavit filed today by learned A.G.A. is taken on record.

¶2Heard Sri Ramesh Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Pankaj Kumar Sharma, learned counsel for respondent nos.4 to 6 and learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.

¶3The corpus Simran has been produced by S.I. Sri Ashish Kumar Rai, posted at police station Kasganj, District Kasganj before this Court. In presence of petitioner no.2 Gaurav Kumar and respondent no.6 Rihan Khan she stated that she is presently staying with her real brother at Meerabai, Mumbai, out of her own volition. Before that she was residing with her parents at Kantaur, Post Kantaur, P.S. Kotwali Kasganj, District Kasganj. It is stated by her that she is not under any illegal detention, undue pressure, influence or restraint from any of the respondents.

¶4In view of the above statement given by the corpus Simran in the presence of petitioner no.2 Gaurav Kumar before this Court, no action is needed in this habeas corpus writ petition and is, therefore, dismissed.
