¶1Heard counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State.

¶2This is an application for cancellation of bail.

¶3The opposite party nos. 2 and 3 were released on bail by this Court vide orders dated 24.08.2018 in Criminal Misc. Bail Application Nos. 32304 of 2018 and 32307 of 2018 respectively.

¶4Arguments have been advanced against the orders granting bail. It appears that the instant application is essentially an application for re-hearing or review of the orders granting bail. This Court is neither sitting in appeal nor in review jurisdiction.

¶5No case for bail cancellation is made out. However, in case any instance of threatening or influencing the witnesses is brought to the notice of the learned trial court, the learned trial court shall take appropriate measure under the Witness Protection Scheme, 2018.
