Hon'ble Sanjay Kumar Singh,J. By means of this application, the applicant has prayed for quashing of the entire proceedings of Misc. Case No. 219 of 2020, under Section 128 Cr.P.C., police station Kotwali, district Gorakhpur, pending in the court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Gorakhpur. At the outset, learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant, who is husband of opposite party No. 2 is willing to challenge the final order dated 14.1.2020 passed by the Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Gorakhpur in Case No. 230 of 2017 and, therefore, he does not want to press this application and the same may be dismissed as not pressed with liberty to seek appropriate remedy available to him. In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the applicant at the bar, the instant application is dismissed as not pressed.
