Judgment
Court No. - 35 Case :- WRIT - A No. - 18290 of 2023 Petitioner :- Arun Kumar Respondent :- State of U.P. and Another Counsel for Petitioner :- Vineet Kumar Sahu Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C. Hon'ble Vikas Budhwar,J. The case of the writ petitioner as worded in the writ petition is that he has passed Class IX Examination and thereafter, he appeared for the High School Examination in the year 2009 but could not qualify the same. He claims to be under Scheduled Caste Category as he is Jatav. The writ petitioner claims appointment from the respondents. The Court finds that though the relief has been sought from the second respondent, Registrar, Chaudhari Charan Singh University, Meerut to decide the application dated 22.06.2023 but there is nothing on record to suggest that the writ petitioner applied in pursuance of the recruitment drive initiated by the respondents. Be that as it may, since the writ petition lacks adequate pleadings, thus, the relief so sought by the writ petitioner cannot be granted. However, it is open for the writ petitioner to apply for any recruitment if it is made by the respondents if he is eligible and qualified and comes within the zone of consideration. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition is consigned to record. Order Date :- 1.11.2023 Rajesh High Court of Judicature at Allahabad
