¶1For last few days notice is being placed on noticeboard that all passed over matters shall be taken up in first call.

¶2This writ petition has been filed with the prayer to quash the First Information Report dated 18.2.2023 registered as Case Crime No. 37 of 2023, under Sections 420, 323, 504, 307, 406 IPC and Sections 3(1)(q), 3(1)(r) and 3(2)(v) of SC/ST Act, P.S. Talgram, District Kannauj.

¶3No one is present to press this petition on behalf of the petitioners.

¶4Sri Shailendra Kumar Tripathi, learned counsel appearing for the informant and learned A.G.A. are present.

¶5We find that the matter was referred to the Mediation Centre vide order dated 3.4.2023, however, as per mediation centre report dated 1.8.2023 mediation was completed but was no agreement had taken place and as per learned counsel appearing for the informant the husband never appeared in the mediation proceedings.

¶6Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
