¶1For last few days notice is being placed on noticeboard that all passed over matters shall be taken up in first call.

¶2This writ petition has been filed with the prayer to quash the First Information Report dated 24.6.2021 registered as Case Crime No. 343 of 2021, under Sections 8/21 N.D.P.S. Act, P.S. Kairana, District Shamli.

¶3No one is present to press this petition.

¶4We find that the petition is of the year 2021 and on 24.8.2021 also no one was present to press this petition and the present petition is continuing in the list of fresh cases.
