¶1Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.

¶2The instant petition has been filed seeking following relief :- "issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no.2 to mutate the name of the petitioner over the land Gata No. 2311 to 2366 and 2329 situated at Village Jevar and Tahsil Jevar District Gautam Budh Nagar by deciding the Application dated

17.12.2022 pending in the court of the respondent no.3 within specific period as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of the case so that justice may be done."

¶3A preliminary objection has been raised by learned Standing Counsel on the application filed by the petitioner, which is at page 36 of the writ petition that the miscellaneous application filed by the petitioner, is not in accordance with the provisions of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006.

¶4In view of the same, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the matter.

¶5However, in case, petitioner moves an appropriate application under the provisions of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, the same may be considered and decided by the authorities concerned, expeditiously, in accordance with law provided there is no other legal impediment.
