¶1Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State.

¶2The present 482 Cr.P.C. application has been filed to quash non bailable warrant dated 10.07.2023 issued by Additional District Judge/F.T.C. Cruelty Against Women Orai at Jalaun in Special Session Trial No.3 of 2021 (State Vs. Vijay Pal) arising out Case Crime No.751 of 2020 under Section 8/20/20(a)/29 of N.D.P.S. Act, Police Station Kotwali Orai District Jalaun.

¶3It is argued by learned counsel for the applicant that after getting the bail, the applicant regularly participated in the trial and appeared before the Court but the Court and only one date he could not appear due to some personal reason and the Court below wholly illegally issued non-bailable warrant on 10.07.2023 against the applicant. It is argued that the applicant is ready and willing to appear before the court below, if the non-bailable warrant shall kept in abeyance by this Court.

¶4Considering the above, the non-bailable warrant issued against the applicants in the aforesaid case is kept in abeyance, subject to the condition that the applicant shall appear before the court below on the next date fixed.

¶5With the above, the present application is disposed of. Order Date :- 1.11.2023/saqlain High Court of Judicature at Allahabad
