27.09.2023 against the wishes of respondent nos.4 and 5-Brother and Uncle of petitioner no.1 respectively and apprehend threat to their life. Today, learned counsel for petitioners has stated that during the pendency of this petition, the parties have amicably settled the differences and with this development, the cause of action set up in this petition has ceased to exist. He prays for withdrawal of the writ petition. The prayer is not opposed by the learned State Counsel. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
