¶1Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.

¶2The instant petition has been filed seeking following relief :- "Issue writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing to the respondent authority to decide the application/grievances dated 23.12.2022 and 24/26.4.2023 of the petitioner and may not be harassed in any manner, otherwise the petitioner will suffer irreparable loss and legal injury."

¶3A preliminary objection has been raised by learned Standing Counsel that from the perusal of representation, it is clear that the dispute of the petitioner is with the private respondents and in the garb of present writ petition, petitioner wants to settle the dispute and for the aforesaid purpose, a writ of mandamus cannot be issued.

¶4In view of the same, this Court is not inclined to interfere in the matter.
