The present application has been filed for quashing of the summoning order dated 30.5.2023 and entire proceeding of Complaint No. 339 of 2021 (Smt. Shanti Devi vs. Rajneesh Kumar and others), u/s 457, 354-kha, 504, 506 I.P.C. and 9/10 POCSO Act, P.S. Madhotanda, District Pilibhit. At the very outset, learned counsel for the applicant submits that he does not want to press the prayer for quashing the impugned proceeding and the applicants want to surrender and apply for bail if suitable direction is issued for expeditious disposal of their bail application. Considering the aforesaid submission, the present application is disposed of with a direction that if the applicants surrender and move application for bail before the court below within a period of three weeks from today, then their bail application shall be considered in view of the law laid down in Satendra Kumar Antil vs. Central Bureau of Investigation and Another, (2021) 10 SCC
