¶2Case called out. No one is present to press this petition.

¶3This writ petition has been filed with the prayer to quash the First Information Report dated 10.09.2023, registered as Case Crime No. 210 of 2023, under Section 363, 366 IPC and Section 3(2)(V) S.C./S.T. Act, Police Station Shahabad, District RAmpur. Further prayer has been made not to arrest the petitioners pursuant to impugned FIR.
