¶3This writ petition has been filed with the prayer to quash the First Information Report dated 30.05.2023, registered as Case Crime No. 49 of 2023, under Sections 3(1) of U.P. Gangster and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, Police Station Babhani, District Sonbhadara. Further prayer has been made not to arrest the petitioners pursuant to impugned FIR.
