Applicant was enlarged on interim bail by this court on 18.10.2023. In the counter affidavit there is nothing which may persuade the court to pass any other order except the order dated 18.10.2023. The interim bail granted to the applicant vide order dated 18.10.2023 passed by this court is confirmed. The applicant will remain on bail on the same terms and conditions as given in the earlier order dated 18.10.2023 during the pendency of trial. Bail application is allowed.
