Heard Sri Ashok Kumar Singh, learned counsel for revisionists, learned A.G.A. for the State and Sri Ramesh Chand, learned counsel appearing for opposite party no.2. Perused the record. This revision has been filed for setting aside the impugned order dated 28.9.2023 passed by Additional Session Judge/Special Judge POCSO-1, Bhadohi, in Session Trial No. 396 of 2023(State of U.P. vs. Rajesh Gautam and another) arising out of Case Crime No. 150 of 2023, under Sections 354, 504, 506 I.P.C. and Section 7/8 POCSO Act, Police Station Bhadohi, District Bhadohi by which the discharge application of revisionists was rejected. After arguing the case for some time, learned counsel for revisionists submits that revisionists do not want to press the prayer for setting aside the impugned order and the purpose of his clients would suffice, if a direction may be given to the courts below to decide the bail application within specific time frame. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, it is provided that if revisionists surrender and apply for bail within three weeks from today, the Courts below may decide the bail application of revisionists expeditiously in accordance with law. With the above directions, present revision is disposed of. Order Date :- 1.11.2023 P.P. High Court of Judicature at Allahabad
