¶1Heard learned counsel for the applicant and perused the record.

¶2The basic relief sought by the applicant in the present application under Section 482 Cr. P.C. is to direct the court below to decide the proceedings of Case No. 7135/IX of 2019 (State Versus Veeru Jat and 14 others) arising out of Case Crime No. 1054 of 2018, under Section 160, 307, 147, 148, 149, 336 I.P.C. and Section 7 Criminal Law Amendment Act, PS. Kotwali, District Mathura, pending in the Court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No.1, Mathura, expeditiously.

¶3In view of the order proposed to be passed herein, no useful purpose would be served by putting the respondent(s) to notice and keeping this application pending before this Court. However, in case the respondent(s) feels aggrieved by the order his/her right to seek modification/variation of the order is being kept reserved.

¶4In the facts and circumstances of the case, the present application under Section 482 Cr. P.C. is disposed of directing the court concerned to decide the aforesaid case/suit strictly in accordance with law unless there is no legal impediment.
