¶2This writ petition has been filed with the prayer to quash the First Information Report dated 10.05.2023 registered as Case Crime No. 50 of 2023, under Sections 498A, 323, 354, 354-Kha, 376, 511, 307, 506 IPC and Section 3/4 D.P. Act, P.S. Mahila Thana, District Baghpat.
