¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri G.P. Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State respondents.

¶2This writ petition has been filed for quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 11.09.2023 in Case Crime No. 414 of 2023, under Sections 498A, 323, 504 IPC and 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station Nawabganj, District Ganga Nagar (Commissionerate Prayagraj).

¶3Learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents submitted that the charge-sheet no. 402 of 2023 has been forwarded on 24.09.2023 in the present case and as such, the cause for filing present writ petition no more survives.
