¶1Heard Shri Abhishek Kumar Kushwaha, learned counsel for the petitioners, Shri Manish Kumar, Advocate, holding brief of Shri Ashutosh Srivastava, learned counsel for the informant and Shri G.P. Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State respondent.

¶2This writ petition has been filed for quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 29.01.2022 in Case Crime No. 0111 of 2022, under Sections 420, 406 IPC, Police Station Baradari, District Bareilly.

¶3By drawing attention towards Annexure-2 to the counter affidavit, learned counsel for the informant submitted that the charge-sheet no. 439 of 2022 has been forwarded on 28.06.2022 in the present case and as such, the cause for filing present writ petition no more survives.
