¶1Heard Ms. Ayushi Dubey, Advocate holding brief of Shri Awadh Narain Rai, learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Virendra Kumar Pal, learned A.G.A. for the State respondent.

¶2This writ petition has been filed for quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 30.07.2023 in Case Crime No. 0121 of 2022, under Section 3 (1) Gangsters Act, Police Station Dildar Nagar, District Ghazipur.

¶3Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the present petition has become infructuous.
