¶1Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.

¶2The present petition has been filed with the following prayer: "i. a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari to quash the order dated

19.03.2018 passed by the respondent no. 3 in Case No. 00602 of 2018 (State V.s Janeshwar Prasad and others) Under Section 131 of U.P. Revenue Code 2006 as well as order dated 02.05.2018 passed by the respondent no. 2 in case n. 00432 of 2018 (Gagan Vs. State), Under Section 207 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006."

¶3Learned Standing Counsel has raised a preliminary objection that the petitioner has an alternative remedy of filing second appeal against order impugned.

¶4Since the petitioner has an alternative remedy, I am not inclined to entertain the instant petition.
