The present petition has been filed challenging the order dated 27.11.2021 passed by the District Agriculture OfÏcer, Jhansi cancelling the registration of the petitioner for trading in fertilizer. It has been stated in paragraph No. 10 of the petition that against the order dated 27.11.2021, the petitioner has filed an appeal numbered as Appeal No. 21 of 2022 before the Director Agriculture, Uttar Pradesh under Clause 32A of the Fertilizer (Control) Order 1985. In view of the fact that the petitioner has already availed the alternative remedy available to him, it is not a fit case for interference by this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India and the prayer to quash the order dated

27.11.2021 is rejected at this stage. However, the Director Agriculture, Uttar Pradesh is directed to decide the appeal expeditiously preferably within a period of three months from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before him after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.
