The grievance of the petitioner in the present petition is that the police force of Police Station Kotwali Mahoba, District Mahoba is unnecessarily harassing the petitioner and other relatives because Case No. 0325 of 2022 under Section 363 I.P.C. has been registered against her son for abducting a minor girl. The petitioner may make a representation before the Superintended of Police, District Mahoba bringing all the necessary facts to his notice who on receipt of the said representation shall look into the matter and ensure that the Investigating Officer as well as Police force of the district shall act in accordance with law as provided under the Code of Criminal Procedure and the different judgments of this Court and the Supreme Court.
