¶1Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A for the State.

¶2This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking direction to Judicial Magistrate, Ghatampur, Kanpur Dehat for early decision of Case No. 1764 of 2022 (State Vs. Shripal), arising out of case crime no. 177 of 2021 under Section 277, 429 I.P.C., Police Station-Sajeti, District Kanpur Nagar within stipulated period.

¶3Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application is disposed of with a direction to Judicial Magistrate, Ghatampur, Kanpur to decide the aforesaid case in accordance with law, expeditiously from the date of production of a certified copy of this order and after providing opportunity of hearing to all concerned without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
