¶1Heard Shri Chandra Prakash Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioners, Shri Saif Ali Khan, learned counsel for the informant and Shri Ratan Singh, learned AGA for the State.

¶2Present petition has been filed seeking quashing of the impugned First Information Report dated 23.07.2023, registered as Case Crime No.0301 of 2023, under Sections 376D, 323, 504, 506 IPC and Section 3(2)(V) SC/ST Act, Police Station Kotwali, District Budaun. Further prayer has been made not to arrest the petitioners pursuant to said FIR.

¶3At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to avail the remedy as may be available to the petitioners in accordance with law.

¶4Prayer aforesaid is allowed.
