¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A.

¶2The petitioner is aggrieved by the externment order dated

26.9.2023 (Annexure-4) passed by Additional District Magistrate (Finance and Revenue), Deoria Respondent no.2 under Section 3(1) of U.P. Control of Gundas Act, 1970.

¶3Against the order impugned, petitioner has a statutory remedy of filing an appeal is provided under Section 6 of U.P. Control of Gundas Act, 1970.

¶4Under the circumstances and since the petitioner has not availed the statutory alternative remedy available, the writ petition is dismissed on the ground of availability of alternative remedy, which remedy the petitioner in case so advised may avail for redressal of his grievance.
