¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

¶2This petition has been filed seeking the following relief: "i) Issue order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the Civil Judge (S.D.) Jaunpur to decide the Case No.116 of 2022 (Rajesh Dubey Versus Israji Devi and others) within some stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court."

¶3It appears that aforesaid Suit No.116 of 2022 was filed seeking a decree of specific performance. Certified copy of the order-sheet has not been enclosed, however, from the photo-copy of the order-sheet appearing on the Page No.23, it appears that the matter is being listed for filing of written statement and for framing of issues.

¶4Under the circumstances, no interference is called for in this petition and it is, accordingly, dismissed.
