¶1The petitioner has preferred the present petition inter-alia with the following prayer:- "I. Issue a writ, order or direction of suitable nature of certiorari quashing the order dated 18.08.2023 passed by Additional District Judge Court No. 12, Kanpur Nagar in Rent Revision No.45 of 2020 (Ajay Kumar and another Vs. A.C.M -II Kanpur Nagar and others). II. Issue a writ, order or direction of suitable nature of mandamus commanding the Additional District Judge Court No.12, Kanpur Nagar to allow the application 41Ga filed by the petitioner deleting the respondent no.6 from the Memo of Rent Revision No.45 of 2020."

¶2After some arguments, a prayer has been made by the counsel for the petitioner to dismiss the present petition as not pressed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the aforesaid order, if any adverse order is passed in the pending proceedings against him.

¶3Prayer is allowed.

¶4Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as not pressed with liberty as prayed.
