¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.G.A. for the State.

¶2The instant writ petition seeks quashing of the FIR dated

10.02.2023 giving rise to Case Crime No.33 of 2023, under Sections 498-A, 323, 354, 504 IPC and Section 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act and Section 3/4 of Muslim Women (Protection of Rights on Marriage) Act, Police Station-Bhawanpur, District-Meerut.

¶3The contention of learned counsel for the petitioners is that the parties have settled their differences and have entered into a compromise, which have been reduced to writing.

¶4The writ petition is disposed of with the direction that the petitioner may produce the said compromise before the Investigating Officer, who shall consider the same and, thereafter proceed strictly in accordance with law. Order Date :- 2.11.2023 Mayank High Court of Judicature at Allahabad
