¶1Heard Shri Rajendra Kumar Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondent and Shri Dharmendra Singh Chauhan, learned counsel for the respondent Nos. 3 & 4.

¶2Petition involves number of dispute questions of fact, which cannot be gone into in a writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.
