¶1According to the petitioner, despite clear order dated 03.03.2023 passed by the Greater NOIDA Industrial Development Authority, the Chief Executive Officer, Greater NOIDA, has not complied with the order dated 15.10.2018.

¶2Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that several times, the petitioner has approached respondent no.2 but of no avail. He submits that purpose of filing the writ petition would be served if a direction is issued to respondent no.2 to decide the pending case of the petitioner and to comply with the order dated 15.10.2018.

¶3Learned counsel appearing for the respondents has no objection to the aforesaid proposition.

¶4Without expressing any opinion on merits of the case, respondent no.2 is directed to decide the pending case of the petitioner in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible, preferably within 45 days from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
