¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

¶2This petition has been filed seeking the following relief: "direct the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Ghazipur to decide the Original Suit No.68 of 2013 (Nand Lal @ Nandu Vs. Smt. Gayatri Devi & another) within the period fixed by this Hon'ble Court preferably three months."

¶3It appears that Original Suit No.68 of 2013 was filed in the court of the Civil Judge (Senior Division), Ghazipur seeking a decree of declaration of voidance of a sale deed. It appears from perusal of the order-sheet that on 13.12.2016, issues were framed and as on

13.4.2023, the case was listed for cross-examination of the PW-2.

¶4Since it appears that the case is at the stage of evidence, the direction as sought for by the petitioner is declined. However, it is expected that the court concerned would proceed to consider the aforesaid suit expeditiously and without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties, provided there is no legal impediment.
