¶1Petitioner has approached this Court to expedite the proceedings under Section 9A(2) of U.P. Consolidation of Holdings Act, 1953 pending before Consolidation Officer Sathyaon, District Azamgarh.

¶2Learned counsel for petitioner submits that matter is at the stage of arguments, however, counsel for respondents is taking unnecessary adjournments.

¶3I have perused the order sheet. Concerned authority has granted last opportunity to counsel for respondents vide order dated

05.08.2023. There is no further order sheet available on record.

¶4In the circumstances, without entering into merit of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with observations that concerned authority will not grant any unnecessary adjournments to either parties and try to decide matter as early as possible.
