The instant application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been preferred by the applicant against the order dated 03.06.2023 passed by Additional Sessions Judge, Outline Court Bansi, Siddharth Nagar in S.T. No. 69 of 2018 (State vs. Ram Adhar and others) arising out of Case Crime No. 2170 of 2016, under Sections 328/34, 302 I.P.C., Police Station Bansi, District Siddharth Nagar pending in the court of Additional Sessions Judge, Outline Court Bansi, Siddharth Nagar whereby the application no. 70 ख of the applicant, who is informant in the aforesaid case, for summoning the F.S.L. report has been rejected. During the course of argument, learned counsel appearing on behalf of opposite party no. 2 submits that during the pendency of this application before this Court, F.S.L. report dated

15.05.2019 has been filed before the trial court on 01.08.2023 and the same has been exhibited as Ext. Ka-18. A copy of the said F.S.L. report has also been brought on record along with counter afÏdavit. In response, learned counsel for the applicant does not dispute the said fact. In view of the above, I find that the grievance of the applicant has been satisfied. The instant application has lost its efÏcacy and is accordingly, dismissed as infructuous.
