¶2This writ petition has been filed with the prayer to quash the First Information Report dated 13.12.2022 registered as Case Crime No. 1124 of 2022, under Sections 498-A, 304-B, 506 IPC and Sectino 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act, P.S. Kotwali Nagar, District Banda.

¶3No one is present to press this petition.

¶4Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
