Hon'ble Ajit Kumar,J. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Standing Counsel. Petitioner, who was initially engaged as Staff Nurse on 26.02.1986 was continued as such at Lala Lajpat Rai Hospital, Kanpur until was regularized in the year 2015. She got superannuated from the said hospital on 15.11.2021, however, has not been given retiral dues other than the pension. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has raised a representation on 18.09.2023 in the above regard before the respondent no. 2 which is still pending consideration. Learned Standing Counsel does not have any objection to the request for consideration of representation of the petitioner in accordance with law. In view of the above, this petition stands disposed of with a direction that respondent no. 2 shall consider the grievance of the petitioner raised in her representation dated 18.09.2023 and decide the same within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. Needless to add that the order to be passed by the competent authority, as directed herein above, shall be reasoned and speaking one.
